## Notice

They may or may not already have degree level qualifications (Level 6) and there will likely be a number of learners per year who have been out of formal education for 20 years or longer. The provider will be expected to tailor support for such learners to enable them to learn. Learners will be subject to an internal selection process by HMPPS before accessing the qualification and may come from a wide range of backgrounds. Retaining talent within the business and giving employees a development opportunity that will continue to ensure that objectives are met across the business. The learning will be brought back into HMPPS and therefore the business will benefit as a whole.
