The levels range from circa 54m to 36m, producing a level change in the order of 18m. The enabling works will seek to improve these levels to provide more suitable plateaus for future development. The south west boundary currently has a belt of trees and scrub. Additional information: This procedure was a Further Competition from the Council's Standing List of Contractors for Highways and Marine Engineering Schemes - Lot 1 Highways Schemes published on www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk and open only to members of the above Standing List.
