The SWC require a GTAA to provide a comprehensive and up-to-date assessment of unmet current need and future needs for permanent and transit accommodation of all groups of Gypsies, Travellers and Travelling Showpeople as defined in Annex 1 of the NPPF across south Worcestershire during the period to 2041. The Study should be capable of disaggregating need on an individual authority basis and fulfil the requirements as set out in the project methodology set out in the quality criteria section below and in the Consultant's Proposal.
