## Summary

The NHS Greater Huddersfield Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is in the planning stage of a procurement process titled "The Provision of a Total Wound Product Purchasing Service." This initiative is focused on health and social work services, specifically aimed at enhancing wound care product supply within the Yorkshire and the Humber region. Key dates include an engagement end date of 23rd February 2018 and a deadline for expressions of interest by 5pm on 22nd June 2017. The procurement process is initiated as a tender, with the aim of finding a single provider to deliver integrated wound care products through a central hub, GP practices, and local care homes.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in the supply of medical and healthcare products, particularly those with experience in wound care services. Companies that can demonstrate a track record of managing similar services and can adhere to the specified Joint Wound Care Formulary will be particularly well-suited to compete. Engaging with this procurement could enable successful bidders to establish contracts that may lead to long-term partnerships within the healthcare sector, promoting business growth through collaboration with the NHS and local healthcare providers.
