The desired outcomes for the service are: * NHS Calderdale CCG primary care prescribing is within allocated budget * Cost-effective prescribing in line with best performing comparable CCGs * Improvements in quality and safety in prescribing * Improved compliance with the Calderdale formulary and SWYAPC antimicrobial formulary * Improved safety in prescribing of high risk medicines * Increased Clinician understanding of CCG, local and national prescribing priorities and initiatives The successful provider will ensure the delivery of the KPIs within the service specification.
