During this stage there is no specific clarification period, although suppliers may ask basic questions about the requirement. ? After the deadline for submission of selection questionnaires, submissions will be evaluated against the stated criteria. EMH reserves the right to disqualify any submission which is incomplete. Suppliers will either be shortlisted and invited to tender, or advised that they have not been successful. The selection questionnaire can be found as Part C of this document. When submitting a selection questionnaire then this section of the document should be completed, and the full document submitted via the tender portal.
