On completion of the outstanding lease events the council will require a Surveyor to provide this service for 2 years as lease renewals and rent reviews become actionable with time across both estates. The Councils may also require some ad-hoc professional advice on property management and/or Landlord and Tenant matters across the commercial estate for the period of the contract.
