The SIA undertakes work across the whole of England so Counsel will be required in both London and regional areas to be able to cover such work if instructed and/or be willing to travel. The specifics of the requirements are detailed below including explicit outputs and inclusive deliverables and include: (a) Written Advices to be completed in a timely manner. (b) Hold case conferences with instructing agents as and when required. (c) Representing the SIA throughout all proceedings; and (d) Occasional virtual training events (common topics include POCA, IPA and criminal law updates). Tenderers will be required to meet the scope, in full, to be eligible for award. It is intended that the award will be made to multiple suppliers.
