NHS Chiltern Clinical Commissioning Group and NHS Aylesbury Vale Clinical Commissioning Group wish to ensure the provision of domiciliary care services for the population of Buckinghamshire to meet the needs of patients who are eligible for Continuing Health care and wish to receive care in the community. The CCGs will be undertaking an Any Qualified Provider process to procure suitable providers to deliver the services and would like to invite interested providers to attend a market place event on Thursday 1st September 2016: Venue: Chartridge Lodge, Chartridge Lane, Chesham HP5 2TU Time: 11.30am If you would like to attend, please email Stephen.Ivuerah@ardengemcsu.nhs.uk confirming your interest and providing the names of delegates who will attend. Please provide your confirmation by no later than 5.00pm on Tuesday 30th August 2016. Thank you.
