Our evaluation framework ensures that the evidence base built is robust, appropriate and answers the key evaluation questions that support the further development of the Partnership and RO programme for maximum benefit of RO students. Key Requirements for the independent evaluation team: 1. Provide advice and guidance on the Partnership's evaluation questions. 2. Provide expert advice and insight to the Partnership regarding the RO programme and its impact. 3.
