It is not possible to guarantee the total quantity and balance of work, which will fluctuate throughout the contract period and in the light of changes to resources and governance arrangements. Lot 2 The Monitoring Officer is a statutory appointment pursuant to Section 5 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 ("the Act"). It will be the responsibility of the Monitoring Officer to appoint a deputy. The Deputy Monitoring Officer shall discharge the duties and responsibilities of the Monitoring Officer when the Monitoring Officer is absent.
