The Preliminary Housing Strategy will provide the basis and foundations which can then be refined and built upon. The Housing Strategy will be * A high-level strategic document can effectively communicate Liverpool City Council's ambitions and objectives for housing across the city over the next five years, between April 2024 and March 2029. * Evidence based, drawing on appropriate and available intelligence, context and insight. * Align with and reflect the aims and ambitions of Liverpool's City Plan, and other key Council strategic documents. * Reflect regional and national influences, drivers and trends. * Include input and views from key partners and stakeholders, whose expert opinion will inform the content, priorities and plans contained in the strategy * Be supported by an accompanying Action Plan, that sets out the activities required to deliver the strategy * Propose a governance structure and performance monitoring mechanisms h to successfully deliver the strategy, including an annual review process Additional information: Do not contact offices directly.
