## Summary

## Notice

The resulting Strategy and Action Plan should build on previous work, take forward the Trust's need to network, build a Customer Relationship Management system and make the route to donations more accessible. As part of the Action Plan, the consultant will enable enhanced online access to Old Duchy Palace by means of a virtual tour with imbedded historic information and links to further resources. This may require the instruction of a specialist sub-contractor. The commission will begin in October 2023 and last for 6 months. It is funded by grants from the Shared Prosperity Fund and National Lottery Heritage Fund. Guide price PS13,000 to PS16,000.
