The evaluation must encompass both qualitative and quantitative factors as determined by our CDF grant and must meet pre-set 6-monthly and annual deadlines to provide evaluation information to the national-level evaluation team. Attached to this tender is the brief, as directed by the CDF, and an indicative programme of works. Fees for this body of work are limited to PS50k and there is a requirement for an immediate start. This work can be compiled alongside the earlier tender of the NLHF evaluation however, it must be clear that both are separate pieces of work, with different schedules of reporting. Additional information: Consultants are required to submit a written proposal, in accordance with the guidance provided in this brief, to answer the following questions: 1. Please detail your understanding of Berwick Barracks - the Living Barracks, and the project aims and aspirations 2. Please detail your experience working in Berwick and your knowledge of key stakeholders in the town 3. Please detail your experience working with heritage and culture-led regeneration projects and complex, multi-partner projects 4. Please detail your experience providing monitoring and reporting information for complex government or public-sector-funded projects 5. Please detail your methodology for both the qualitative and quantitative evaluation required 6. Please provide a cost breakdown specifying day rates and the number of days work against your methodology separating out delivery of the final evaluation plan.
