The following are within the scope of this procurement: * Provision of hardware to support the proposed Solution; * Provision of software to support the Solution; * Implementation of the Solution, including professional services and training; * 24x7x365 support and maintenance of the hardware and software, including annual health checks; and * Future development opportunities within the scope of this tender to allow the Council to take advantage of any developments in this area of work which may assist in improving operational performance.
