The initial contract period is one year; the contract is estimated to commence 1 January 2024 and expire 31 December 2024. There will be an option to extend the contract for period or periods of a further two years, subject to satisfactory performance and business needs. Maximum contract period is three years. The expectation is that this will be revenue generating for the Council.
