The scheme will ensure that suitably trained independent volunteers visit, advise and befriend those Looked After Children and young people who have little or no contact with parents or family. The Provider is expected to offer support to children and young people up to the age of 18, who are Looked After or Care Leavers in Medway who have little or no contact with parents/family.
