## Notice

Phase 2 of a phase 2 scheme and covers half of the existing building. Works include the removal of existing heat emitters and heating distribution pipework, with the installation of new fan convectors, a number of low surface temperature radiators and replacement heating pipework. Ceiling works required to access pipework and boxing in of exposed pipework droppers also to be included. Many of the ceilings are around 4 metres in height. Limited asbestos debris clearance works also required.
