## Notice

Accent Housing Ltd is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced collection agencies no later than Thursday 24th December 2020. Accent is looking to appoint a supplier for Debt Collection Services for former tenant arrears, the contract will be for initial 2 year term with the option to extend a further 2 years and will commence on or before 1st April 2021. We have provided an indicative budget spend has been provided for year 1 however this may increase or decrease significantly based on collection. Accent seeks to recover all debts as quickly and as reasonable practicable without imposing unreasonable hardship. This includes but not limited to making sure the Debtor is able to afford proposed payment commitments, the Provider will complete an Income and Expenditure financial check per case file/debt. It is anticipated that the Invitation to Tender (ITT) will be issued week commencing 18th January 2021, via Places for People, Procurement Hub, under the Enforcement Agency Services DPS. Please note all enquiries and communication must be submitted via Due North ProContract messaging portal. Direct approaches to Accent Housing Ltd and its employees will be rejected and not responded to.
