## Notice

Plymouth City Council are seeking to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified evaluation and social science consultant to co-ordinate the evaluation, including the social science/behavioural change pathways element of the PSNMP Horizons project in keeping with new National Lottery Heritage Fund Evaluation Guidance and the Evaluation Framework established during the development phase. Project team, project partners, volunteers and consultants will all be involved in project evaluation during the delivery phase.
