The scope will include: * Support to mobilise the operational service model. * Tenancy management * Customer Care * Rent, Service and Ancillary Charges Collection and Arrears Recovery (any actual rental loss will be borne by the Council). * Lettings and Terminations * Periodic Fixed term tenancy reviews * Reporting, Monitoring and Tenant Engagement/Consultation Requirements * ICT Requirements * Service and any ancillary charge setting (assistance and expertise in helping the Council setting up initial charges and part or full furnished tenancies would be required)
