This includes approximately 18,000 houses and bungalows, 2,000 high-rise flats and almost 8,000 low-rise flats 2 / 4 (including independent living accommodation for older people). The Nottingham City Homes (NCH) Corporate Plan 2018-21 places customers at the heart of service delivery. Nottingham City Homes is looking to appoint a suitable contractor to undertake the Low Rise Refuse Chute Compliance Work. There are 91 low rise blocks in Nottingham increasingly suffering from repair issues relating to the refuse chutes due to age, wear and tear. Little maintenance work has been carried out to the chutes since their construction.
