As pat of this portfolio the Growth Catalyst and the more targeted Scale to Thrive services offer a mixture of options to support businesses in addressing challenges and unlocking market opportunities, this includes: through one to one advisor led diagnostics, strategy development and action planning as well as access to Coaching, access to mentoring, Workshops, expert Masterclasses, business to business networking events and warm introductions to wider specialist services both public and private sector. The two services complement each other by focusing on different recognised groups of businesses. GC Business is looking for providers who can deliver a range of high-quality expert led and facilitated Masterclasses. Providers can bid to deliver one, many or all of the Masterclasses. The list of masterclasses are follows Growth Catalyst Capability Builder Workshop/Webinar series Masterclass 1 - Unlocking Team Potential: Strategies for Building a Talented and High-Performing Team. Masterclass 2 - Smarter Marketing Tactics: Driving Awareness and Engagement Masterclass 3 - Market Differentiation: Introducing Unique Products for Lasting Impact Masterclass 4 - Financial Options for Growth: Making Right Decisions for Your Business Masterclass 5 - Productivity Boost: Minimizing Waste and Maximizing Efficiency for Rapid Growth Masterclass 6 - Building Resilience: Learn how to Thrive in a Changing Business Landscape Scale to Thrive Masterclass titles Masterclass 7 - Perfect Products - Generating, Validating, and Developing Innovative Products and Services Masterclass 8 - Fuelling growth - Embedding Innovative Culture and preparing the workforce for growth Masterclass 9 - Releasing talent - Inspiring Teams, Managing Change, and Building Personal Resilience Masterclass 10 - Unlocking finance - Making High -Impact Investment Choices and Securing Funding Masterclass 11 - Navigating change - Developing the Capacity for Scaling Systems and Processes Masterclass 12 - Unleashing global growth - Unlocking Innovation in International Markets Growth Catalyst Masterclass Programme: 6 x 3-hour Masterclass webinars per quarter (one on each topic) delivered over MS Teams, Zoom, or other suitable interactive broadcast platforms to an audience of up to 80 delegates, but typically expected to be circa 20-30 delegates. Scale to Thrive Masterclass Programme: 6 x 3-hour Masterclasses per quarter for up to 20 delegates. 3 in person located at central venue/s in Lancashire and 3 virtually via MS Teams, Zoom, or other suitable interactive broadcast platforms (one on each topic specified)
