A strong local management presence within the area and the ability to provide local purchasing will be very important. Menus that comply to the Soil Association Bronze accreditation would considered as a given, with the aspiration for the Silver accreditation as a short term goal. So a catering partner is sought who can tailor menus and create memorable dining experiences that engages all School stakeholders will be an essential requirement.
