Health inequalities - to address inequalities across the City and Hackney Place, this project has been designed to target specific cohorts of the population where there is greatest need by preventing toenails becoming a hindrance to walking and moving around. There is also an increased risk of falls for some patients unless this issue is addressed. This notice expresses an intention to award a contract under the Most Suitable Provider Process under the Provider Selection Regime. The lifetime value of this service is PS65,000. This is a new service with a new provider.
