## Notice

Reinstatement of section of collapsed quay wall by construction of a section of plain concrete gravity retaining wall. The ground behind the failed section will be excavated to remove loose/displaced materials and prepare a working platform at the foundation level. The new wall will be formed in lifts. Stone facing will be fixed to the full height of the wall. The concrete hardstanding surface across the upper quayside level will be reinstated. The damaged marina pontoons will be removed and replaced with new pontoons. The section of wall to the east of the collapse shall be locally dismantled rebuilt and repointed. Repairs to the section of wall to the west of the collapse are also being considered as a provisional item. Additional information: The closing time for tenders is 13:00. The contract will be subject to English law. Tenders and all supporting documents must be priced in GBP and all payments under the contract will be made in GBP. [This procurement and award is subject to the transparency arrangements being adopted by the UK Government. These arrangements include the publication of tender documentation issued by the HCA and the contract between the HCA and supplier. Bidders should highlight any areas they consider commercially sensitive in order for the HCA to be able to honour our transparency obligations without undermining the bidders commercial interests.
