In 2018 the museum reopened following a transformation process. Along with completely new exhibitions and displays, a new The D-Day Story brand has been created and implemented. Our priority is to engage with families, young people and visitors with disabilities. Our social media content and online audience does not reflect our brand. We would like to hire an organisation to help us engage our priority audiences, which are families, young people and visitors with disabilities.
