Nottinghamshire County Council is undertaking this premarket engagement exercise on behalf of Inspire: Culture, Learning and Libraries, Inspire: Culture, Learning and Libraries is a charitable community benefit society delivering cultural and learning services across Nottinghamshire on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council. Inspire Learning's current MIS system no longer meets all the functionality that is required and Inspire is currently considering our options for a potential new replacement system. The current system is hosted and we would want any new system to be hosted/ SAAS. To help inform our service specification, we are keen to gain a better understanding the process of moving to a new MIS in the market.
