Southend-on-Sea Borough Council would like your views about how best to support people who've become vulnerable as a result of alcohol and substance misuse. Southend-on-Sea Borough Council currently commissions this service and it is delivered via the SOS Bus, which is based in Southend High Street on Friday and Saturday nights.
