Any queries or questions of clarification relating to this exercise and questionnaire must be submitted through the e-portal, www.delta-esourcing.com. Please note that the deadline for submission of questions is 12:00 noon on 7th September 2016. Completed questionnaires along with any supporting documentation must be submitted by 12:00 noon on 14th September 2016 .
