The production of reports including photographs and all comprehensive site notes/sketches. The use of dictaphone recording systems is not permitted. The agreement may also require the Contractor to carry out post flood damage surveys of underwater elements of bridges and occasional inspections on non-listed bridges as required for the whole duration of the contract and/or during the defects correction period.
