The RF reference distribution system bid must comprise of:- 1. A system that can take in the CLARA RF reference of 2998.5MHz at 10dBm and distribute the signal over up to 70 meters. This will be called the transmitter system. 2. A system to receive the CLARA RF reference signal from the transmitter system that can output the 2998.5MHz signal at 10dBm. This will be called the receiver system. 3. The specification of signal and control cables that need to be installed between the transmitter and receiver to provide an overall low drift and low jitter reference distribution system. STFC Daresbury laboratory will be responsible for purchasing and installing the required cabling system. 4. Installation of the transmitter and receiver systems, commissioning and a site acceptance test (SAT) to be performed at Daresbury Laboratory. Additional information: As part of the strategic alliance between UK Shared Business Services Ltd (UK SBS) and Crown Commercial Service (CCS), UK SBS can use the CCS eSourcing Suite for future procurements. Crown Commercial Service will process the email and then enable the Bidder to access the procurement online via the e-Sourcing Suite. The registered user will receive a notification email to alert them once this has been done.
