Replace with white powder coated aluminium windows with top third openable with folding cam openers. Some windows are high level and all will need Teleflex winding gear to operate. Remove all external timber doors and replace in white powder coated aluminium doors. The winning bid of this tender for Moorlands school may be given the opportunity to extend the scope of works to include another school in Southampton of the same type of window replacement to the value of PS80k.
