## Notice

The Trust has entered into contract with NHS Professional to act as an external strategic partner to support with the provision of bank staff and agency management service that includes: 1. Workforce analysis and advice services, to help us understand demand patterns and current use of substantive and flexible workforce, and recommendations on ways to increase workforce efficiency and reduce cost.
