## Summary

Public Health England is seeking an external partner to conduct a comprehensive review on the dependence related to prescribed medicines through a project titled "Addictions to Prescriptions Medicines Review." This procurement is currently at the Tender stage, having previously been published on 22nd June 2018. The tender period closed on 13th July 2018, and the contract is set to commence on 7th August 2018, concluding on 8th February 2019. The procurement is classified under Administrative healthcare services with an open procedure, allowing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to participate across the United Kingdom and other regions including European territories.

This tender represents a substantial opportunity for businesses specialised in healthcare research, evidence assessment, and related consultancy services to engage with a reputable public authority. Companies with expertise in analysing the impacts of prescribed medicines and developing cost-effective intervention strategies will be particularly well-suited for this contract. The project's focus on synthesising findings into actionable insights provides a valuable platform for SMEs looking to enhance their profiles within the healthcare sector while contributing to significant public health outcomes.
