Both chapels require reparation works to bring them back to usable buildings. Works include: External Install DPC Re-point brickwork Roof repairs including timber treatment Repair bell tower Refurbish and rehang bell Repair 2 x windows Refurbish and paint entrance doors Refurbish arch way using existing stone Install new stone cross Remove foliage, rubbish and debris from site. Clean gutters Left Chapel (Workshop and store with separated public accessible toilet) Internal Install DPC and floor slab Install a public accessible toilet. (This will include all entrance repairs and sectioning of the building to main storage/workshop space).
