## Notice

The Framework will consist of four Lots Lot 1 - Surveys and Sampling - Voids and Responsive repairs and Planned Capital Works. Lot 2 - Surveys and Sampling - Scheduled Repairs and Re-Inspections Lot 3 - Removals Lot 4 - Analytical - Emergency Sample Testing and Air Monitoring. Full details can be found in the specification.
