The service will be open to all families where this is an issue, and referrals will come from all partners working with families. Lot 2: This service will focus on providing support and interventions for children and young people who are affected by domestic violence and abuse (DV&A). The service shall include targeted interventions with children and young people who witness or have been affected by DV&A.
