## Notice

CPI is seeking multiple vendors for the establishment of a multi supplier framework, consisting of upto 5 vendors, for provision of the following; * The obtaining of consent for research, subject to international and national ethical and legal requirements * Source and acquisition of Human Biological Samples * Supply coded samples or data that are labelled with a Donor number that can be traced or linked back to the Donor only by the approved supplier. Samples do not carry any personal identifiers. * Transport of samples to CPI location through approved transport * Unless otherwise regulated by law, donated HBS will be considered as gifts, by CPI; the acquisition, storage use and disposal of which is conditional and subject to prior consent from the donors or their legal representatives * If Samples are to be withdrawn, they must be returned as requested (if that has been defined) or destroyed Please refer to the tender pack for additonal information.
