Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council are now seeking a partnering supplier to lead and assist in the advertisement, sales, legalities, construction and siting of mobile homes to the site. This will be based on a concession fee to be calculated as a percentage share of the gross sale proceeds of a mobile home being payable by the supplier to Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council. The Contract period is for an initial 2 years with an optional extension period for a further 12 months solely at the Council's discretion, and will be dependent on the successful bidder's performance and the demand of sales.
