## Notice

To facilitate refurbishment works for: replacement of thirty six (36) tilted windows per elevation x 9.5 areas so 342 windows; repairs to main entrance to comply with Part L of Building Regulations; desk electrics will be rewired with sockets installed connected via 4 way PDU per desk fit; a replacement water tank and replacement of twenty four (24) radiators per elevation x 9.5 areas so 228 radiators complete with valves and new pipe work from riser on each floor.
