NHS Resolution (NHS R) ,formerly NHS Litigation Authority, an arm's length body of the Department of Health and Social Care, will be holding a MS Teams presentation to brief interested parties regarding a forthcoming tender at 14:00 on Wednesday the 24th April 2024. The open tender will be for a four year contract for the provision of mediation services to NHS R for the resolution of disputes arising from personal injury and clinical negligence incidents and/or claims and the resolution of disputes arising from claims for legal costs. Details of the scope of services, and the requirements to meet these will be briefed during the presentation - with an opportunity to post supplementary questions following the session. Suppliers wishing to be invited to the Teams presentation should e-mail the NHS R Procurement in-box: nhsr.procurement@nhs.net no later than noon on Monday 22nd April, giving their Name and Job Title, the name of their organisation, business address, contact telephone number, and their preferred reply e-mail address - quoting Ref No. NHSR 177 in the subject line.
