The Councils are seeking suitably qualified consultants to: Prepare a Retail & Leisure Study for the Greater Cambridge combined area and To support the councils during the plan making process on any issues related to retail and commercial leisure matters, including at examination. Given the uncertainties relating to timing and nature of work, it is proposed to deal with this using day rates established though this commission.
