This will include: * understanding factors affecting an individual service users health and wellbeing; * including barriers and facilitators/interventions to meeting these needs * and recommendation to inform service delivery This will include a combination of literature reviews, behavioural insights survey and qualitative interviews with service users and partners within the substance misuse and wider health and adult social care partners including primary and secondary care providers.
