## Notice

A 4 year framework in 4 lots from which work may be instructed on an ad hoc, one off basis, or as a programme of works. It is for disrepair and other work not covered by the term responsive repairs contract. The lots are 1) general building works and repairs, Lot 2 ) Roofing works, Lot 3) Damp and water ingress investigation and analysis, Lot 4) Damp remediation. It is essential that all contractors appointed on the framework are willing to carry out works of all values. Works of less than PS20k per order will be issued as a direct call off and you must be willing to carry out these lower value works. You will need to bid for works of more than this via a mini-competition. If appointed failure to adhere to this will result in suspension/removal from the framework. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.The framework will be in 4 Lots and applicants can apply for any number of Lots: Lot 1: General building works and disrepair, which could include (but by no means exclusively) some insurance works, void refurbishment, office related FM type works and structural repairs. Lot 2: Roofing work, which will be mainly non-planned, non-capital repair work in the London region Lot 3: Damp investigations, leak and water ingress investigation and analysis Lot 4: Damp remediation including damp proofing, DPCs
