The project has 3 lots: Lot 1: Groundworks, drainage and soft landscaping Lot 2: Hard Works: primary access road and secondary footpath network Lot 3: All works under Lot 1 and Lot 2: Groundworks, drainage and soft landscaping, Hard Works: primary access road and secondary footpath network Bidders are invited to bid for either Lot 1 or Lot 2 or for both Lots which will be Lot 3. Bidders should clearly state which Lot(s) they are bidding for by completing document 'Lot Confirmation Form'.
