We anticipate that only those with recent relevant experience of providing similar services within a Social Housing background, ideally to an organisation of a comparable size and complexity to WMHG will apply. You should also be able to demonstrate the required experience of delivering the required outputs within the timescale stated. As a guide, we fully expect the investigations and written report will be completed within 2-3 months, ie in any event before April 2019.
