The estimated start date of the contract has also been adjusted to reflect this change.(This Contract is set up to provide the Employer with access to a good, reliable contractor who are able to provide: * the annual servicing of the lighting system at Derby Arena * a responsive repairs service for the lighting system on an as and when required or scheduled basis. The Contract will be in place for a period of 2 years The Contract may be extended for a further two periods of 2 years ONLY at the discretion of The Employer. The contract will have a maximum term of 6 years The Employer requires a Contractor to provide two site visits a year to verify the correct operation of the lighting control system and the system components. The Employer requires a Contractor to provide a responsive repairs service and be able to attend within: * 2 working days * 24 hours (inclusive of weekends and bank holidays) Please note:- This is to attend and The Employer does not expect the repairs to necessarily be completed within those time frames.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
