The 'Authority' is seeking provision of Vehicle Livery /Graphics for specified Vehicles. West Midlands Fire & Rescue Authority (the Authority) is conducting this procurement for the purpose of procuring provision of the service described in the Specification set out in Schedule Two (2). West Midlands Fire Service (WMFS) is committed to making the West Midlands safer stronger and healthier and to help raise awareness safety messages are often included on the many vehicles that are used both by our frontline Firefighters and our Prevention team where we look to target messages in unique ways to some of the most vulnerable members of the community that we serve.
