The Poplar Tree Avenue development consists of 20 specially adapted homes (12 apartments and 8 bungalows) designed to meet the needs of disabled and vulnerable people, enabling independent living in the community with support. See Appendix A for information regarding the site, including anonymised pen pictures of potential residents and phased move in details. The service provider shall be able to meet the differing needs of the people entering the development throughout the duration of this contract.
